Been to stay with Martin several times over the years, you couldn't want a more congenial host. Even runs you to the hospital when you need it and stays with you to take the mickey. Fantastic location, good secure garage for the bikes, brilliant roads, always beers in the fridge and some good places to eat. Highly recommended.

I have been coming down to Maison St Georges nearly every year since my first visit in 1999 for one of Martin's tours. Coursan is a great little town with a friendly atmosphere. It is an ideal location for exploring the Languedoc, Pyrenees and
Northern Spain and the beach and nice countryside are only a
matter of minutes away. For me one of the pleasures of any trip is turning into Rue Victor Hugo and seeing Maison St georges again. Martin and Laurence are a great people and can always give you ideas for where to go and what to see including nice roads and the best local places to eat - the sort of detail you won't find in your "Rough Guide". Martin is also very knowledgeable about the history of the area. One of the best things about Maison St Georges is just "hanging out" before or after the day's trip and talking bikes and travelling with other guests (often regulars themselves). On a practical note there is a really good guy in Narbonne if you want a new tyre or some repair done -just ask Martin!Tom Walters (BMW K75S) London

Made to feel most welcome, and a never ending supply of cold beer waiting after a long days riding. (thank you for the tour Martin, but I'd keep your sheepskin seat cover away from Mike in future!!!!...."I'll agree with you on that one!!!")
Rooms are clean and tidy with adequate facilities, including an amazing breakfast comprising everything you could ask for. Can't wait to do the trip again just so we can come back to see you.

Really enjoyed my stay in Coursan, perfect base for exploring southern France. Short blast into Spain, plenty of hot grippy tarmac and cops who will not nick you the instant they hear a race can ! Martin is an excellent host, with endless information about the local area, and beyond. Top bloke, top weather, top roads, highly recommended.

We travelled from Ipswich to Martin in one go, 825 miles and when we arrive we always get a fantastic welcome,he is a real character!. Situated in a very nice part of France and within easy reach of Pyrennes. Valencia GP only 400 miles on, Jerez 800 miles on. The whole area is brilliant to ride around. Been staying at Martins over eight years now, where else do you get a vintage motorbike in the hall way!

Maison-st-georges is a great place to stay. Martin & Laurence make you very welcome, with a cold beer in the fridge for when you arrive, its well placed for the local area & lots to see & do.
The beach is a short ride (20 min) nearby for the sun lovers.
The Montagne noire are about 40 min away with great roads to play on such as the N112 Puisserguier to st-Pons which has it all fast in places slow in others but awesome bends at the same time! with very little police about just watch the speed in the towns & villages, when you get to st-Pons you can have a good lunch in the middle of town, then back to Narbonne on the D907 a tighter road but not so many cars, again great bends & viwes. but do both roads twice once for the views then go & play. This is our 5th year at maison-st-georges & I can not recommend it enough.Tony Taylor, Eastbourne

What a place! GREAT accommodations, garage, patio, BBQ, house with vintage bikes and a rare vintage host that has put it all together room by room with his own hands! A real labour of love produced by a real motorcycle enthusiast (and damn fast rider
too!) for we weary bikers.
When I wasn't riding some of the best roads southern France has to offer, there were always some interesting guests to chat with, in English mind you! Last time through I tossed back some beers with the Head Scrutineer for the Isle of Mann, what a treat.
