Bed & Breakfast in a beautifully renovated "maison de maitre" dating from the early 1800’s with spiral stone staircase, marble fireplaces and many of the original features preserved.
St Georges is a quality Brit/French owned Chambres
d’hôtes. We are ideally situated in the small scenic market town of
Coursan between Narbonne and
Beziers in the Southern Languedoc.
The roads are out of this world and the scenery in this region amazing.
The golden sandy beaches of the Mediterannean are only 12km. Close by are the historic walled mediaeval city of Carcassonne, the famous wine producing regions of the Corbieres & the Minervois (Best wine in the world 2006), the magnificent ruins of the Cathar Castles, the scenic Canal du Midi, and just over an hour away the fantastic Costa Brava coastline of Spain...and a ride up into the Pyrenees and Andorra not out of the question.
Breakfast is a full continental one: tea/coffee, fresh baked croissants, bread, fruit juice, cereals, home made jams, ham, cheese etc,
For evening meals there is a choice of restaurants in Coursan, with restaurants for all tastes within easy walking distance from Pizza to Gourmet Michelin

Room Rate: 65-75 Euros; per night including breakfast based on two occupants. Additional occupants 15 Euros per night each including breakfast.
Single Room Rates from 55 Euros per night incl breakfast & secure garaging
To make a reservation please contact us first, to make sure the dates you require are available. A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required with cheques made payable to "Tubières de Cayless" and mailed to Maison St Georges, 21 Victor Hugo, 11110, Coursan, France.
No deposit....No reservation.
Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:30
Check in after 16:30!!
