Bed & Breakfast in a beautifully renovated "maison de maitre" dating from the early 1800’s with spiral stone staircase and many of the original features preserved. 

Maison St Georges is a quality (Clévacance rated) Brit/French owned Chambres d’hôtes. We are ideally situated in the small scenic market town of Coursan between Narbonne and Beziers in the Southern Languedoc.

The roads and scenery in the region are amazing. The golden sandy beaches of the Mediteranean are only 12km. Close by are the historic walled mediaeval city of Carcassonne, the famous wine producing regions of the Corbieres & the Minervois (Best wine in the world 2006), the magnificent ruins of the Cathar Castles, the scenic Canal du Midi, and just over an hour away the fantastic Costa Brava coastline of Spain...just to name a few.

Breakfast is a full continental one: tea/coffee, fresh baked croissants, bread, fruit juice, cereals, home made jams, ham, cheese etc,

For evening meals there is a choice of restaurants in Coursan, with restaurants for all tastes within easy walking distance from Pizza to Gourmet Michelin

Burgundy Room
Large well appointed room with double bed, orignal floor tiles and pink marble fireplace, tastefully furnished with antique furniture in keeping with the style of the house. En suite with shower, wc and handbasin. Tea and coffee making facilities.

55-60 euros per night including a full continental breakfast

White Room
Large spacious beautifully decorated room with double bed,orignal floor tiles, white marble fireplace and tastefully furnished in keeping with the style of the house. En suite with shower, wc and handbasin. Tea and coffee making facilities.

Family Rooms: (sleep up to four)
Large spacious room with double bed and bunk beds. Private bathroom with shower, wc and handbasin. Tea and coffee making facilities

Room Rate: 50 to55 Euros; per night including breakfast based on two occupants. Additional occupants 15 Euros per night each including breakfast.

To make a reservation please contact us first, to make sure the dates you require are available. A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required with cheques made payable to "Tubières de Cayless" and mailed to Maison St Georges, 21 Victor Hugo, 11110, Coursan, France.
